Returns & Refunds

If your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns provided the item remains in its original, unused condition. Please review our guidelines below.

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, underwear, or beauty products.

Our returns process typically takes up to 14 business days from the date your return is shipped.

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: 14 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Shipping refund: Original delivery costs are only reimbursed when the entire order is returned

Items returned within the 14-day window will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

If you're unable to return an item within this period due to exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer service team. Please note that refunds in these cases are granted at our discretion.

Please keep in mind:

  • Swimwear and underwear are final sale for hygiene reasons
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns

After the Return Period

We cannot accept returns beyond the 14-day window. Any items sent back after this period may be returned to your default address at your expense.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the item until it safely reaches our warehouse. Please package your return securely to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend keeping your postage receipt and tracking information until your refund is processed.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. All returned items will be refunded upon receipt at our warehouse. If you'd like a different item, simply place a new order.

How to Start a Return

Go to Your Orders, find the order you'd like to return, and click Return Item to begin the process.

Delivery Information for Returns

  • Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): £4.99 (Free on orders £50+)
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): £5.99
  • Heavy orders (over 20kg): Standard £14.99 / Express £19.99

Delivery exclusions: Free or discounted shipping may not apply to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, or Channel Islands. If you're unsure whether your location is covered, please contact our support team.

Warranty

All products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter an issue within this period, please contact us for assistance.
