Refund policy
Returns, cancellations and refunds
This policy applies to purchases made from UKDeal4U. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Your right to cancel
You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel. You do not need to provide a reason. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To start a return, email Info@ukdeal4u.com before sending the goods. Include your order number and, where relevant, the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.

Please retain proof of postage and use a tracked service. Returns sent without first contacting us may take longer to identify and process.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect and handle goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and function.
Return costs
For a change-of-mind cancellation, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise. If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or incorrect, contact us so that we can arrange an appropriate remedy and return method.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or valid evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds.
Where the entire order is cancelled under the statutory cancellation right, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra amount paid for an enhanced delivery option is not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
Exceptions to the cancellation right
The cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This hygiene exception applies only where the relevant sealed goods have been unsealed after delivery.
These exceptions do not remove your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
Faulty goods and statutory rights
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty, your remedies may include a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Commercial warranty
Where a product is advertised with a 6-month commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, that warranty is additional to, and does not affect, your statutory rights. Your statutory rights do not end when the commercial warranty expires.
