These terms apply when you use ukdeal4u.com or purchase goods from UKDeal4U. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Using this website

You must use this website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security or other customers' use. Website content is provided for general information and may be updated.

3. Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings or manufacturing updates. Any material variation will not affect your statutory rights.

4. Orders and the contract

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted. If we cannot accept an order, we will inform you and refund any payment taken.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before checkout. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting the order.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We are responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession, unless you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer. Please contact us promptly about delivery problems.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Refund Policy. For most goods bought online, you have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel and a further 14 days to return them.

8. Faulty goods

We have a legal duty to supply goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.

9. Commercial warranties

Any commercial or manufacturer warranty is additional to your statutory rights. Those rights are not limited by the duration or expiry of a commercial warranty.

10. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

11. Intellectual property

The website and its original content are owned by or licensed to L N TUAN LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when your order is accepted will apply to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
