Delivery Policy
At UKDeal4U, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. This page explains our shipping options, costs, timeframes, and delivery coverage.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (mainland and most offshore locations). Some remote areas may incur extended delivery times or surcharges.
Delivery Exclusions
Free or discounted shipping may not apply to the following areas:
- Scottish Highlands – AB36–38, AB55–56, FK17–21, IV1–39, IV52–54, IV63, KW1–14, PA21–40, PH19–26, PH30–41, PH49–50
- Scottish Islands – HS1–9, IV40–51, IV55–56, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA20, PA41–49, PA60–78, PH42–44, ZE1–3
- Channel Islands – Not eligible for delivery

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
What Happens If I Miss My Delivery?
If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier will typically leave a delivery card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. Please follow the instructions on the card. UKDeal4U is not responsible for delays caused by missed deliveries.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can investigate and resolve the issue. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
